CFS (cluster file system)
A file system that can be simultaneously mounted on multiple nodes. CFS is used as the underlying file system within the Scalable File Server.
A VxFS file system mounted on a selected volume in cluster (shared) mode.
An extension of File System (VxFS). CFS allows the same file system to be simultaneously mounted on multiple nodes. Coordination between nodes is enabled by messages sent across the cluster interconnects.
