A measurement of the global information technology threat exposure, delivered as part of Symantec DeepSight Threat Management System.

The Symantec's DeepSight ThreatCon rating system is based on a combination of human and machine intelligence observed and gathered in the previous 24-hour period. It can be dominated by one or the other depending on the day. The DeepSight Threat Analysts update the ThreatCon rating as conditions warrant.
