Universal Enforcement API

An Application Programming Interface that provides functions that allow security-related vendors other than Symantec to integrate their technology with Symantec Sygate Enterprise Protection or Symantec Network Access Control software. The Universal API provides information about the status of system components (Agents, Policy Managers, etc.) to the VPN vendors.
