Symantec provides customers with easy access to online self-help that contains technical information and answers to commonly asked questions for the last two product versions. Symantec encourages customers to use this resource first as an easy way to find answers to their questions.

Subscription Policy

In general, Symantec allows customers to renew their subscriptions for 36 months following the initial ship date of a product. The availability of subscriptions may vary by product and region.
