Do I have to take my PC in for service?
All services are provided over the Internet, so there’s no need to lug your computer to a repair shop or pay for expensive on-site service calls. Spyware, virus and malware removal is done right over the Internet.
How long does it take?
The complete service takes between 35 and 90 minutes, depending on the degree of infection. And everything is done over a secured Internet connection, so there’s no need to leave the comfort of your home or office.
What kind of service assurance do you offer?
NortonLive Services include a follow-up consultation if requested within seven (7) days. If you encounter the same issue or problem within seven days of your NortonLive service session, please notify us within those seven days and we will provide a follow-up consultation to help remedy the issue or problem quickly and professionally.
