Norton™ Ultimate Help Desk – 1 Device is an annual subscription-based service4 and Norton™ Ultimate Help Desk – 3 Devices is a monthly subscription-based services5, and are subject to the License and Services Agreement.

You acknowledge our ability to provide you the services is subject to our initial system test of your environment. In the event we determine we are unable to provide services after this initial system test, you will be eligible for a refund per our Refund Policy.

Subscription details:

  • Your subscription begins when your purchase is completed (or otherwise, when your payment is received).
  • By subscribing, you are purchasing a recurring subscription which will automatically renew after the first term.

  • The price quoted today is valid for the first term of your subscription. After that, your subscription will be billed annually for Norton™ Ultimate Help Desk 1 device or monthly for Norton™ Ultimate Help Desk 3 devices, at the applicable monthly or annual renewal prices found here. The price is subject to change, but we will always send you a notification email in advance.
