I wish I knew the ladies name but on 8/22/26 approx. 8AM I had an MRA scan. The lady at the main entrance desk checked me in and directed me past pharmacy and the gift shop to imaging where there is another desk/check-in for paperwork. I had forgotten the meds I needed prior to the scan so my fiancé left to get them, and I asked her if I was back there could she send him back. She remembered as soon as he got back and did. I got my meds, completed my scans, all was well. The scans were a lot faster than anticipated and he had left to another area of the hospital for food. I had no phone or way to contact him and went into a focal seizure but remembered the main entrance woman's face and the face of the imaging desk lady. Between the two and a brief nap near Starbucks, they called him and I didn't once feel like I was going to be scared, lost, or hurt. I just want them both to know how much that means when your brain is going against you so hard and no one will help.
