Global Head of Scam Research at Gen (Norton)

Leyla Bilge is the Global Head of Scam Research at Norton’s parent company, Gen, where she leads research at the intersection of cybersecurity, AI, and product innovation. An expert in AI-driven scams and fraud, she focuses on turning cutting-edge research into products that help protect consumers from emerging threats.

Leyla has presented extensively at cybersecurity's top-tier conferences, including the IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy, USENIX Security Symposium, ACM CCS, and NDSS. She has also published in academic journals such as ACM Transactions on Privacy and Security, and is an advisory board member at the Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA).

When she's not thinking about AI and cybersecurity, she's usually running with her Labrador, learning piano, or trying to convince her kids that chess is more exciting than video games.
